Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 – 3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 – 2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we will communicate any delays promptly.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pillplexed is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
Pillplexed is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
