Returns

    • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
    • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official website.
  2. Return Window:
    • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized products, opened merchandise, and items marked as final sales are not eligible for return.
  4. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pillplexed.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
  5. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Exchanges
